Customer Reviews
Emily helped me realise and understand a lot about myself which I had not even considered prior to counselling. Even though I was trepidatious to share at first, Emily did not rush me but provided a safe environment which made me eventually open up. She helped me recognise negative patterns of thoughts and how to avoid them. She made me feel cared for and understood when I felt like no one understood me. I would recommend Emily to anyone who needs someone to listen and help explore different patterns of behaviour and the causes behind them. I am an unrecognisable person compared with who I was when I started counselling and a lot of that is thanks to her as I think she has helped me grow in a lot of ways.

When I initially started counselling I was stuck in a dark place, life was full of sadness with a daily battle of anxiety. Emily was professional and skilled using various techniques in the sessions that felt personal to me and my journey. Emily is such a kind, genuine person who makes you feel completely supported and at ease. Emily helped me completely transform my life building my confidence, helping me to process the past, put in boundaries and learn to smile again. Emily is brilliant at what she does and I would highly reccomend her to anyone. It was the best decison I made. Believe you can be happy, just sometimes you need special people to help you along the way.
